Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Requests made within this timeframe may not be accepted.

Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time is considered a no-show. In these cases, the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

All activities are operated by independent local providers. We act as an intermediary, coordinating bookings between customers and service providers.
